Shadow box frame tutorial

The Specialty paper for the Treasured Memories collection is a frame. I have created a shadow box frame out of the paper, and I am giving a video tutorial about to create the shadow box at the end of the post. This was part of my tutorial Tuesday for Kaisercraft, last week.

I have got inspired by the butterflies and the flowers in this collection, when I decorated the shadow box.

The flowers and butterflies has been fussy cut and mounted in the frame with pieces of cardboard behind them, to create a 3D effect.

The basic shadow box frame

The shadow box is created from scratch from card board. It is covered with papers from the Treasured Memories collection.

You will need this to create the shadow box frame:
PS437 Frame
3x 12x12 Cardboard (I used 2mm thick)
Hot glue gun with glue
Paperglue
Cutting board
Cutting knife like a sharp scalpel
To cover the rest of the frame, I have used:
P2012 Timeless
2 x P2008 Recollection
P2013 Gazzette

Tutorial for the shadow box:

Kaisercraft Products: Papers: Treasured Moments collection: P2015 Ponder | P2012 Timeless  | P2014 Nostalgia| P2008 Recollection | P2013 Gazzette | PP287 Paper Pad.

Other: Cardboard
