Template for a paper helicopter

 A few weeks ago I made a paper helicopter. A few people have asked me for a template - so here it is.

This is my own template. The inspiration is from looking at a wooden toy helicopter, and then modifying and crafting my own template. You are free to use my templates, and publish your own craft. Golstreff

ØRTERSTØLEN PÅ GOLSFJELLET.

Her blir det liv 15-17. november.

Det blir lagt opp til et annerledes treff denne helgen.

Treff siden til Golstreffet på FB.

Pris: 1100.-

Betalingsfrist: 1. September, betaling = påmelding,

første mann till mølla prinsipp.

Treffet inkluderer: Overnatting i 10 eller 6 manns hytter, og full pensjon. Hyttene har flere soverom med dyne og pute. Laken, dynetrekk og håndkle kan leies for 100kr ekstra - eller du kan ta med dette selv. Mange av hyttene har sauna.

Vi har leid hele øvre etasjen i hovedhuset og har 3 rom til å scrappe i. Dette er gode og koselige rom. Vi bestiller ekstra bord ettersom hvor mange som kommer på treffet.

Det er egen spisesal som også brukes som kursrom.

Varm kvelds på fredag, 3 måltider på lørdag og brunsj på søndag.

Det er egen bar på stedet med skjenkebevilgning. Det er derfor ikke anledning til å ta med egen alkohol i selve scrappelokalet.

Det vil stå te/kaffe og kjeks tillgjenglig store deler av døgnet.

Scrappehjertet er med som butikk.

Sponsorer begynner og komme på plass, og en av dem er Sherry Mendoza. Hun er tidligere DT for Prima.

Vi har omlag 90 plasser på treffet.

ATC - Artist Trading Cards

I have thought about making some ATCs for a long time, so I decided to have a go. Artist Trading Cards are small business cards 2 ¹⁄₂ by 3 ¹⁄₂ inches (64 mm × 89 mm) with an artistic twist - and they are handmade.

Kort o Mania challenge this time - is to make something with flowers. Therefore I wanted to use flower stamps on one of the ATCs. I also made the decision to make all the backgrounds myself.

I ended up with five different ATCs.

On the first one, I made the background using dylusions sprays and Color Shine. The crone is made from Foam sheets cut with a Tim Holz dies and coloured with MetaMica. The heart is a metal heart with a pearl heart inside it. The text is a handmade stencil, cut with a silhouette.

This background is made using Yes-paste and adding different embossing powders in the paste. Then I used the embossing heat gun to heat it all. After adding the texture, I added some colours using MetaMica and distress paint. The butterfly is from Graphic 45.

The background is made with dylusions spray, handmade stencil, gesso and distress ink. The dandylion stamp is from Panduro. I have also used glass beads and a butterfly from Graphics 45.

The background is made using dylusions spray, distress ink and a handmade stencil (cutting file from silhouette). The black gears are diecuts from black card made with Tim holtz dies. The gold gears are made from with a silhouette machine. I have also used Washi tape from Søstrene Grene.

To make the background, I used dylusions spray. The numbers are made by making my own stencil and adding distress ink over it. The car is made from a Foam sheet, cut with a Tim Holtz dies and covered with Washi tape. The wheels are brads from panduro, and some of the other car parts are parts from an old sewing machine.

Mission possible - A pink paper helicopter

Kort O Mania has a new challenge. I made a different birthday treat for the challenge, a paper helicopter. A lot of things have been crafted out of paper. I was looking for something new, and a helicopter was something I had not seen before. I thought this would not be a "a mission impossible". The inspiration came from the pink papers and the Swedish song "Rosa Helikopter" (Pink Helicopter) by Peaches.

 The helicopter was made from scratch. I have used acetate in the windows in front. The rotors rotate when you blow on them. The base has also been made from scratch.

For the helicopter, I have used white Bazzill and papers from Maja design - Sofiero - Exuberance of flowers in bloom and Vintage Summer Basics. The gras is from Basic Gray

The stamp is Craft Star from Kenny K. The stamp is coloured with promarkers.

All the flowers are handmade from Washi tape. They have also got some gesso on them for effect. The bling is from Panduro. The little button has the text "Believe in yourself"

The Butterflies are from are from Graphic 45.

The small jar was bought in Melbourne. The crone is from Hobbykunst and the charm of the hand is from KortHobby. The buttons are random mix of leftovers.
