Prima card made for Hobbykunst

After making the prior card, I still had papers left over. This card was made with the left overs from Prima: Reflections - Mantra and Kashana. (I must admit, that I had to go back and get more of the paper - just because I like it so much).

I have also used splashes of acrylic paint, Prima Color bloom and glimmer mist. The doily is a diecuts from Prima, and so are the measuring tape and bird nest. The flowers are from Prime and Wild Orchid craft.

A Prima card made for Hobbykunst

Sometimes, turning over the papers in the craft shop, reveals fantastic new patterns. The paper is from Prima: Reflections - Mantra and Kashana. These are actually some of the old collections from Prima, but they work so wonderful together.

I have also used splashes of acrylic paint, Prima Color bloom and glimmer mist. The gears are diecuts from a memory box dies.I have also used a Martha Stewart edge punch. The leafs are dies from Prima. The flowers are also from Prima.

The little house in the forest

We have a new challenge over at StampARTic. This time, the challenge is flowers.

I have designed a little house, with room for a treat or an electrical candle inside.

The house is made from papers from Prima; Sundried - Sun Kiss Collection. The roof tiles are made of an old sheet of Prima paper.

Flowers are from Prima and Wild Orchid. Some of the charms are from Korthobby.

I have used a chipboard bird and lamp from Wycinanka. The butterflies are from Prima.

The top of the house can be lifted out of the bottom part of the house, to give room for a little treat or for an electrical candle.

A vintage winter basket with template

Scandinavia paper fun has a new challenge going. The task for January is winter.

I designed winter basket, and filled it with sweets. I have used some old winter papers from Poppydesign. This is a simple basket to create, and I have included the template below.

The basket has been wrapped in a clear bag, ready to be given as a small gift.

Instructions:

Cut along the lines and fold along the dashed lines. Glue the tabs along the bottom half edge of the basket, under the the one next to it. You will see the basket is shaped as a round basket. Glue the tabs on the end under the basket to the other side - to create a complete round basket. Glue the tabs in the bottom of the basket from the inside and fit the small round circle inside the basket, to cover the tabs. Glue the shaped circle to the bottom of the basket to cover the tabs from the outside. Mount the handle. I made the handle out of two strips of paper to reinforce it a bit.
