Minialbum with Kaisercraft Design Team creations

Today is my turn for a blogpost in Kaisercraft's blog. I get so many questions about what kind of papercraft I really do. Therefore I decided to make a minialbum with photos of a collection of my Kaisercraft creations from my year as a design team member. This album is an on going process, but I will show the first few pages and tags.

The minialbum is made from scratch out of thick cardboard, thick gaffa tape, bazzill and paper from the Coastal Escape collection.

I have used embossed bazzill (with EF235, Sea Shells) on the edge of the cover of the minialbum.

It is about 1 cm space between the pages. This is to leave room for the pages to be decorated.

The inside of the album has 5 pages with flaps and tags.

The first page is one of my otp items. This was made a year ago, and was part of my first DT application.

There are tags in between all the pages.

Sometimes, you just have go outside your comfort zone and just for your dream. This photo is from CHA this year, where I meet up with some of the people from the main office at Kaisercraft

A new set of tags have been set behind the pages in the album.

A gatefold shoe card with template

This is a gatefold invitation card created with papers from Papirdesign,  "I dine sko" and "Tro på deg. selv".  The basic inspiration for this card was found somewhere online.

The card is closing with a magnet. The shoe laces are made with glittertape from Rayher.

A pop up cube card with template

A pop-up cube card is a fun cardfold. Here I have used it as a thank you card after a confirmation.

I have left space on the first side, for writing a little greeting. On the second side, I have written "Thank you" with alphabet stickers.

On the thirs side, I have mounted a photo.

On the last side, I have used the dies Konfirmasjon by Papirdesign.

The cube can easily be folded together.

The cube can be folded flat, and can be sent in the post, in an envelope.

This is how the cube looks from the side.

You can see the rubber band in the middle. This is what makes the card pop up by itself.

Fold together and bind a rubber band around the two places marked RB. The rubber band will make it pop up by itself.

Paper shoes with template

Yesterday, I wrote an inspiration article for Hobbykunst with the new papers   "I dine sko" and "Tro på deg selv" from Papirdesign. The papers has pattern with shoes, and this gave the inspiration to create some paper shoes.

The box had been decorated lightly with mixed media. It has been decorated with spraysm stain, flowers and stickers, as well as the paper shoes.

The shoes for the place cards has been created with the same template as the shoes on the box. They are made slightly larger than the shoes on the box. I have used black string as shoe laces.

I have used a large black paper clip to create the holder for the name card. The paper clip has been fixed to a cotton ball, stuck in the shoe.

The paper at the base of the shoe has been embossed with an embossing folder, to create some pattern on the shoe sole.

Here is the template for the shoe. Enlarge it to the size you would like.

A set of confirmation invitation, gift box, table cards and pop - up thank you card

Papirdesign has just got out with their new collections. Today, I am showing you some inspiration with some of these papers "I dine sko" and "Tro på deg selv" for Hobbykunst

The collection has an invitation card, gift box, place cards and a pop-up thank you card.

Invitation card

The card is made after inspiration from a card a found online a while ago. I made the card as a gatefold card. The stamp is from Papirdesign.

The card closes with a magnet. I have used glittertape from Rayher to create the shoe laces.

Template for this card will be published in the blog in a few days time.

Gift box

I took inspiration from the paper from papirdesign and created a shoe box with shoes on the top. The shoe box has been made from scratch out of white bazzill and card board. The box has been covered with  turquoise bazzill and paper from Papirdesign.

The box has been decorated with sprays, mists, paint, pastes and rolls of paper. I have also used some 3D stickers on the top of the box.

There is room for a small gift inside the box.

Shoe place cards

These place cards are shaped like shoes. I have used two cotton balls inside each shoe. A large black paper clip, has been shaped to form the holder for the place cards at one of the ends. The other end of the paper clip has been glued inside the hole in the middle of the cotton ball inside the shoe.

The bottom of the shoes have been created of embossed bazzill, to create som pattern on the shoe sole.

Pop - up thank you card - Photo cube.

A lot of people like to have the thank you card stand out for some time. Therefore I created a card for that purpose.

On the first side, I have added a photo. On the other side, I have used the dies Konfirmasjon from Papirdesign.

On the third side, I have added space for writing something. On the fourth side, I have written "Thank you" with alphabet stickers.

I am entering these challenges:
