Minialbum with Maja design's Summertime collection

I have created a minialbum with Maja's new Summertime collection. The thought behind this minialbum, is that the child can write letters, create drawings and add photos to the envelopes, and then close them. The minialbum with the envelopes can be opened at a set time, when the child has grown up.

The cover of the album, has been made of cardboard. Here, you can find my tutorial on how to create a basic album..

On the inside o the front cover, I have made room or a photo of the child. I have used a stencil and gesso. The stencil is hand made, with one o Tim Holtz Thinlits dies. 

The pages are simply decorated. Here, I have used one o the motives from the collection. The flowers are from Petaloo. 

In the first envelope, the child can put a letter to describe how it is going to be, when he/she is 18. What kind of hobbies, what school do you think you are going to and so on. 

Here, I have used a Tim Holtz dies on the patterned paper, so the white envelope can be seen through the paper. Over the patterned paper, I have used a stencil, created with dies, and gesso. The flowers are from Petaloo and the leaves are Mathia leaves from Hobbykunst. The bike is a motive from the papers. 

Here, I have added space for a letter, where the child can describe the hobbies they have got. 

This envelope has space or a letter to describe the friends. The child also might want to add photos of their friends and some greetings. 

Here, I have used a Tim Holtz dies, to create the pattern in the paper. The white envelope, can be seen through the paper. The motive is from the paper. Flowers are from Petaloo and leaves are from Hobbykunst. 

Here, I have added space to write something about the kids room. The child might also want to add drawings or photos. 

The imiage is from the papers. 

Here, I have added space to write something about the best holiday. 

The last page of the album, is a shaker page. The pattern in the shaker box, has been created with one of Tim Holtz dies. I have added acetate under the paper, and created a shaker box with 3D foam tape. I have added silver and white sequins inside the box.

In the last envelope, I have added space to write something about the kids school.

The inside of the back cover of book, is simply decorated with a "made by" stamp and a banner.

All the texts inside the album, has been created with a Silhouette (Portrait). The Silhouette can be ordered at Hobbykunst.
